In reviewing our Privacy Policy, we determined that it could be improved by explicit support for Users right to request removal/deletion of Personal Information, and further guidance on our policy for managing, retaining, and removing such information. We have added new sections 'V. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION' and 'VI. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION', and updated section numbers accordingly. We value privacy incredibly highly as a company, and wish the same for each and every of our customers. Now that we are in full 'August mode' - many of you are taking advantage of the slow period to catchup on admin work. Requesting receipts, updating cards, changing Grantseeker admins after team changes -- we're seeing a lot of housekeeping! To help: we've made our Settings > Subscriptions > Invoices section a little better. If your payment failed or you need a reciept, you now have an easy way to self-serve. Plus: we added a new Billing section to our User Guide. Happy Admin-ing! 🥳

Better Data Exports are polling #1 in our NPS/User survey (thanks to all who filled it out!) Many users were not aware we had a full data export feature on Grants/Reports/Funders etc. So we have refreshed the UX and improved our documentation. Custom Fields are also exported (huge!) -- making this a super powerful and flexible tool for managing you grants program. ...have a read through our docs below, and come chat with us if you need support!

Very happy to report we have completed a *full refresh* of our 990 database for our Prospecting customers. Our Basic / Premium plan customers will also enjoy updated contribution and 990 filings data ...more upgrades to our data fabric on the way.
