Grantseeker Re-acquired by Fluxx

Dear Grantseeker Customers & Supporters: We are very happy to announce that Grantseeker is re-joining Fluxx Labs, Inc. (fluxx.io) as a busines unit, effective November 7, 2025. For the past 2.5 years, Grantseeker, Inc. has been an employee-owned and led company. We designed and built Grantseeker Pro - in close collaboration with our beloved customers - and brought it to market (with great success) this year. That success is what drove the decision to bring these companies and teams back together. There are ~10,000 more future customers we would love to serve and support - and the sooner we can, the better. Such an undertaking is best served by being on a larger company platform with an already-scaled team, which Fluxx provides. Observers will also recall that Grantseeker originally began its life as a product line inside of Fluxx, from 2016 through April 2023 when it was spun out into Grantseeker, Inc. Fluxx had remained a minority investor in Grantseeker, Inc. and the teams continued to collaborate closely. So in many ways, this was the natural homecoming. So, to cut to the chase, here's what will stay the same: 1. Our Focus: building "Human Friendly, Enterprise Grade" grants management software. 2. Our Team: 100% of the team is coming over to Fluxx (and with long-term incentives). 3. Your Account & Contract: all accounts and contracts will remain the same (both Grantseeker Pro and Grantseeker Classic). And here's what new doors will open up: 1. More Resources: we will have Fluxx's 'big company' resources to draw upon to build and serve you even better. 2. Joint Integrations: for organizations that both *get* and *make* grants, we will provide the worlds best integrated solution. 3. Ecosystem Connectivity: longer term, we will be working with our customers to design and deliver some exciting initiatives that will increase the connectivity, speed, and transparency across the grants ecosystem.
