We are pleased to announce that the solution is taking the next step in its evolution in a new organization - Grantseeker, Inc. Grantseeker, Inc. was created to maximize focus on enhancing the tools and solutions that are most important to your organization’s grant seeking needs. The team will be majority employee-owned and managed, ensuring a close feedback loop for customers. Fluxx will have a vested interest in the new company’s success through a minority ownership position and an observer seat on the Board of Directors. As a result of this change, Grantseeker will be carrying forward your subscription without any disruption to your enjoyment of our product, and is dedicated to customer support and development with a focus on delivering exciting advancements and updates to the product in the months and years to come. Over the coming weeks, we will be working to transition over to the Grantseeker domain and branding. References to “Fluxx” and “Fluxx Labs, Inc.” will transition to “Grantseeker” and “Grantseeker, Inc.” Grantseeker will carry over all commitments and policies from Fluxx.
